New Years resolutions

To all of the members of this list, both female and male:
 
Please get a mammogram or a PSA test.
 
It can save your life, left undetected it will kill you.
 
I have done this post for several year's and various members have told me
they lost loved ones to these cancers.
 
Both of these cancers are survivable if diagnosed in time.
