A big THANK YOU to Katie for trying to keep the Atlantic Giant Poetry Alive!
It is a great concept and we all should put our thinking caps on this
winter, while contemplating the Great Pumpkin, and write some Giant poetry.
Congratulations to the winners.
Happy Holidays to all.

Hi Guys!
It looks like the Pumpkin Poetry contest wilted on us this year, although we
did get four good entries. Nancy Fleming read the rules correctly and
entered twice, winning 2nd and 3rd places.
Congratulations to the three poets! Thank you to the judges! Special thanks
to Lee Roof of the Pacific NorthWest Giant Pumpkin Growers, who will be
sending Erin Huff a FREE subscription to The Main Vine, the PNWGPG's
excellent newsletter.
1st Place Bubble Trouble by Erin Huff
2nd Place Pumpkin Rap by Nancy Fleming
3rd Place Northwest Soils by Nancy Fleming
4th Place I Start at Dawn by Cary Polka
Happy Holidays to you all!
