For those of you who like sending mail to the group as an html source,
there are people who can not read your mail. If I view your mail via
the Internet Explorer Browsers or via MS Exchange, I can read it . But
for the people who are on UNIX mail systems like "pine, elm, ccmail" all
they see is html coding. I recommend switching to regular text when you
submit your mail if you want everyone to read it. If you dont care if
everyone reads it, then submit the message to the individual privately.
Here is an example of a post when it is composed via html:

To fix this in IE, go to your Internet mail and select Mail ->
options->send...then select plain text.
