Water, water NOWHERE !!!

Saturday evening and here I am at work. We are in trouble with low water
levels in our reservoirs so I have to check the levels via the telemetry
system and phone in to the radio stations who tell the people what to do
to save water. This will tell you that we are in a state of settled,
Summer weather. Fred and Wilma now have more runners than the New Your
marathon.  

Question! Do I chop off the ends of the side runners and bury them for
secondary root systems??? If so at what stage? 

Water is applied in the early morning so fungal attack is minimised. It
seems Summer is upon us and the race to the great Kiwi Christmas is
here. I am to be Santa at the work Social Club childrens party tomorrow
(Sunday). I will need to find a sheltered spot to do my Ho - Ho - Hoing
in or the heat may be too much in the red tunic and beard (which is not
red).

It takes a lot to make me laugh  out loud when I am on my own but
PUMPKINS ARE ORANGE makes me do exactly that..
