Pedigrees

The OSLG newsletter,produced by Gus and Joan Saunders arrived
Friday,Dec12.In addition to great news it includes some 1997 pedigrees.

I invite all readers to:

1.Tell me about any errors.We did our best but errors can always creep in
and if I know I can correct my records.

2.Tell me about the parentage of ANY pumpkin or squash,97 or
earlier,official or unofficial,that you know about that is not shown on
these 1997 pages.

Growers tell me they appreciate these pedigrees but keeping up on the facts
is not always easy.I want to continue with these pedigrees each year but it
sure would be a help if more growers,at all levels,took the time to send me
information.

So this is my appeal for any information you can send me.-------------Al Eaton

P.S.My intent is to show where the big ones come from for the interests of
all growers,that is the sole objective.A great winter part to our hobby.
