Fumigation and things

In the South, nematodes can be a problem. Our county extension office
recommends soil fumigation with Telone II. Anyone familiar with either
the concept or the product? They also recommend Bravo, Evade, Terranil,
Maneb, and Bayleton for insect and disease control. I am assuming they
are used by large scale and/or commercial growers as I have never seen
these in stores or gardening catalogs. Has anyone heard of or used any
of these?
