I have known growers that have used shade cloth following this concept.
still they have yet to pop a big one.....in my humble opinion it is the
micro climates that are produced in backyards and well protected areas that
seem to have good luck....my hunch is that it is the stomates that are
more open than closed for quick processing......certainly a little shade
here in Calif...might be good...or for any other overly hot climates...but
for those that have short seasons full sun maybe the best....from my
discusion with other farmers wind is the biggest harm not only from
twisting your plant but also shuting down the processes of
photosynthesis..............Brock
