Beth,
What do you have against Roundup? Your Dad can spray and plant within a
week or two. Roundup only kills what it comes in contact with (usually
via leaves). It doesn't sterilize the soil. Monsanto (maker of Roundup)
has a toll free number for product information - (800) 332-3111.
One thing, he should spray first and wait at least 7 days before tilling.
Lighten up on Roundup when used according to the directions its a great
tool for weed and vegetation control.
