I dont know the actual rule about tilling it in this time of year, but i
had layered 2 inches of leaves on my garden , topped by 2 inches of
sheep manure. It sat there until yesterday, when I got worried that the
leaves wouldnt properly decompose because the oxygen couldnt get to
them. I got the tiller out, and i twas a very lovely day outI might add,
and tilled the garden. It loooks so dark and rich, I got a little
excited just thinking of my new world record that is coming next year..
