Update from Boonville Ca................amongst all the gloom and
doom...........it happened the rare event it snowed!!! Very rare for
our neck of the woods sure we get snow capped hills but for snow to
stick on the Valley floor its rare..................how rare well have
a picture of my 6 year old next to a snowman..............now the latest
snow she's standing next to her snow covered car...........11
years................only to be top off by a spendid "TWAS" by Larry
Checkon....off to a splendid day............for the last week Norther
Ca. has had great weather and was able to get patch number 2
finished............not sure the rye is going to get a good start with
the white stuff but wouldn't trade this moment for
anything!!..........this is right up there with seeing your one and only
...potentail world record 1006 seed germinate and break ground. I
wonder if the elation will ever wear off in seed germinating when you
see a prize seed break ground .....the "YES" feeling.......here we go!!
Out of curriosity how much does truck loads of steer manure run around
the states and Canada.........cost me 600.00 bucks for 40
yards.........is Ca . B.S pricey??..........moving to where the manure
is free and the sun always shines............where the water is
warm.........am i describing heaven........brock
