Ok, I haven't tried this yet but heres the method:
I have a large egg incubator that is meant to hold about 600 goose
eggs, it has 8 rather large racks that slide out, looks like I could take out
every other rack and have plenty of room to put about 300- 4" peat pots, (of
course I don't need that many), "anyway its a lot of room" it has a large pan
at the bottom for holding water to supply a humid environment, there are two
thermostatically controlled heat elements, one is a back up in case one fails,
(Wouldn't want to loose 600 goose eggs) they are adjustable from 60 to 120
degrees, there is also a built-in-fan that circulates fresh air inside from
holes through the top of the cabinet, the deal is: I can control the
temperature, the humidity and the air intake, the Question is? should I
install a light source in the top part of the incubator? Wadaya think?
