Mark lives fairly close to Larry and it's true there were only a few mature
seeds in the 947 but the other fruit (est.810) on the same plant with the
947, was loaded with seeds. One difference, it was left on the vine for a
couple more weeks. ??????? Another difference, it was pollinated a few weeks
later??
I talked with Art Franek this evening. He grows within a mile or so of Mark
Patrick. He had some pumpkins with over 600 seeds, but his largest, a 576 had
about 150.
