Lyle makes sence to me remember last season discussions on fertilizers
comeing to the surface after a big rain and pumpkins growing fast and some
spliting after abig rain because fertilizers are being used that sunk into
the ground. more water should make the fertilizer available to the plant
right away and not leave residue to come back and haunt you depend ing on
