I think I'll combine the best advice from Dale M and Debra R, put down
corrugated sheet metal and toss several sticks of Juicy Fruit gum under
it.
Last year it was a gopher or mole, not a field mouse nor vole, who
nibbled the roots of my humble AG. This year I plan to grow a PROUD AG.
