Re: mushroom compost

I put several truckloads of mushroom soil on my patch last year, I am going to send a test out on the mushroom soil itself this year and when I get the resaults I'll let you know( remind me please) I  added a little extra lime to the patch. I have just sent samples out on the patch soil that I added to so we'll see how it turns out as well. I can tell you I grew my biggest pumpkin ever in it. Good Luck

I saw a reference in a message to "mushroom compost".
There is a garden center in our area that sells it in bulk and I was wondering if anyone knew what to expect from the soils nutritional value.   Has anyone done a soil test on it before?
