First 1000 lb CA pumpkin ?????

  Hi list 
  I just wanted to check the rules on the FIRST 1000 lb pumpkin contest. The 
way I see it is when Bob Troy and I take our two 1000+ LB pumpkins to Elk 
Grove and weigh them in Bobs will hit the scale before mine since his will be 
like 200 lbs heavy over tape and come out to 1020 lbs. Then my monster will 
weigh 50 lbs heavy be last to hit the scale and weigh 1039 lbs. who wins he 
weighs the FIRST 1000 LB pumpkin but I win the weigh off... Just curious for 
Torrance Bragging rights !!!!!!!!!!!!
 No matter I have to lift both so I will know whose is heavier and won't tell 
Bob till the weigh off !!! HE HE HE    Thanks All...
