Given that both male and female genes were manmade or cloned so that it
formed a zygote and so and so and so on then that means their is only a one
in four chance that the cat would be the same color as one of the two cloned
animals. It is more likely that it would be the same color than not, but it
is very possible and easily explained that it is a different color.
