Carlos,
The weather here is pretty funny......or not funny actually.
We do have days here once in awhile that will sunburn our leaves.
On such days I used an army camo net over one of my plants with great
success. The misting system is simply to apply the seaweed fertilizer
sometimes on a daily basis so I don't have to walk in the patch each
time with heavy water cans and compact my soil too much.
Using 6 meter long rebar every meter I'll have hoops up like a giant cloche
that I can easily drape remay over when the sun gets too intense and
during the
cold month of May and September. It won't cover the whole plant but most of
it.
Best regards and I'd love to see you in Spain but won't have the time or
money this year since I have to pay 5 tickets to get my family to Canada
to visit my parents this Christmas.
Best regards!
Michel
