RE: World Class Giant Pumpkin 3

Andrew:  I think the Suburban grower does need a special section.  I grow in
about the same area (300 sq. ft.) and have to modify how I handle the vines,
disease (greater care because of decreased air circulation)and trellising
the vines up an eight foot fence to increase surface area. I would be very
interested to see your suggestions.

Don,

Do you want to submit are growing practices thru snail mail or email be
okay. I would like to submit some info on growing in a 400 sq ft area, I've
produced 3 1000 pound plus pumpkins in this size area and feel I could
contribute ideas on suburban growing and help demystify the idea  that you
need a large area to grow these critters . Let me know and would gladly
submit any information you require.
