I agree - I would go so far as to say that if Kirk had of let his fruit
"mature" longer on the vine both of them would have been almost pure green.
Not a squash at all - more like a old copper roof - turns green with age.
Wondering if this could be attributed to some kind of fungal or bacterial
development on the skin?
