Light weights?

My wife and I are expecting our second child as well. I was new to the pumpking growing back than and consequently our child was 6 pound 7 ounces. I'm still in the light weight category as best I did was an estimated 200 pounder or so. Perhaps if we have a heavier child it will translate to a heavier pumpkin this season? She is due May 8 or so, that is perfect timing to start the season off! I think we are onto something here!

Cold here in Rhode Island, and we've had plenty of the poor farmers fertilizer.

it'll be a slow start to the season this year without cold frames and greenhouses! We've seen 10 below this Winter and I haven't seen that in years.
