I had to change my email address today from
mr-sprout@sbcglobal.net to pumpkinman@fmguy.com.

Wanted you to know so that I don't miss any mail from you. 
Please update your address books, or card files.  Also, please
re-send anything you may have sent in the past 24 hours,
because my sbcglobal account was abruptly deleted for reasons
unexplained, so there will be no retreiving those messages. 
Thanks!  I will update with more info after I move.
