Hi Don,
750-1000 ppm as a presoak. If the seeds are really old & tough, then the
stock solutions can start as a quart of water in which a teaspoon of
potassium nitrate has been dissolved. Over night at 85 degrees F should be
fine. Some folks also aerate the soaking solution with an aquarium
"air-stone" which is probably a good idea.
