RE: Might I offer up a suggestion

Excellent recommendation. For those of us on the internet and like the
ability of enlarging the text within the browser...

Subject: Might I offer up a suggestion

As I checked in on my daughter last night, she offered me a book she
had just finished and encouraged me to read it. She then, out of the
blue, told me some memories from last years pumpkin season. I set the
book on my nightstand with the intent to get around to it eventually.
As I reached to turn out my light, I saw the book and and her stories of
our own garden urged me to pick up the book and read it.

I closed the book after the last page, and felt like I had been in this
book before. Somehow, this book has captured the spirit of this email
list. People from all corners, coming together and finding wonder in
the tranquility that growing provides. The stirring range of emotions
that come from nurturing from seedling to harvest.

I personally recommend this quick read to any and all of you that can
come across a copy of it.

"Seedfolk" by Paul Fleischman

enjoy,

Scott
