VEG-PROD> The Great Pumpkin Growers' School

Hello Dan,

I found your web page on the net last night and thought that this might be
of interest to a number of subscribers. We will not be discussing giant
pumpkins per se but we have been doing a lot of research on pumpkin
production issues in the Capital District over the last 6 years and much of
the info presented at this school will be "hot off the press" as far as
research results go. Thank you very much.

>The Great Pumpkin Growers' School!, a comprehensive day devoted to pumpkin
production and marketing will be held Friday February 21st from 9 AM to 4 PM
at the Albany County Extension Center in Voorheesville NY.

Growers, extension agents and specialists, and researchers are all invited
to attend. This day will be especially useful for growers in New York, New
England, and other Northern tier states. For a complete program and
registration form, contact Ms. Dale Riggs. Many of the sessions will have
hands-on, interactive activities.
