Improvements in the patch

Hello all
Things have turned around in my patch,vines are growing stongly, quite a
few female flowers are out now . So with about 60 days to go things
might just work for my "just stick them in the dirt" pumpkins. Tony
Hickman made me a rain making rattle from a gourd i grew ,it woried the
neighbours a little bit to see me shaking this thing over my poor sad
pumpkins , but thats their problem, I am pleased to say that it worked
wonders (rain water continues to flow perfectly out of the irrigation
system) on this delightfull 39 degree day in adelaide south australia.
That might sound a bit tounge in cheek but the things have been growing
better than ever before.Could anyone sugest a minnimum time from
pollination to maturity, please
