Oz update


Shock horror................the pumpkin hasn't grown for three weeks.
Its done all its going to do. I estimate it to be 90-100kgs.
I've started another one on the other side of the plant. Yesterday I cut off 
6 little ones and there is still plenty more breaking out, the plant seems 
 to have got its second wind and is running wild. Still have 60 days till 
weigh-off.
The giant cucumbers are taking off with heaps of flowers.
The sunflowers are about five feet and just started to open.
The giant tomato is looking promising.
I think I failed with the giant carrots, I pulled one up and it was a mass 
of forks.
Its 39deg C here in Adelaide with no change in site.(good beer drinking 
weather).
I'll bet that sniper is hot.
