His method debuted in the WPC News Journal in June of 1991. Can't tell
you the exact math. WPC used to collect this data from weighoffs in
order to fine tune Dill's and Stellflug's methods. I think weigh-offs
should necessarily include taking these measurements for exactly that
purpose. Some don' t though.
