I'll be blunt. This list is stale. There are no new ideas coming
through. The conversations are redundant, the format is boring. We all
feel it. Even more boring is the recent less-than-riveting "tastes great
- less filling" debate over the proper use of this list. If there were
more new ideas and concepts being shared here, I doubt anyone would mind
the cyber-drivel. I suspect many are hoping extranious blabber will
compensate for the lack of truly pertinent information. Think again.
Also, I have posted many times asking for information I KNOW others on
this list posess and have gotten little if any response. I suspect there
are others experiencing the same problem. What's the deal? Let's not
lose sight of why this list was created.
Maybe instead of whining we could spend our time thinking about what
truly useful contributions we can make to this list. Coordinate
efforts. Trade ideas. Start private group projects and share your
results. I suspect there are plenty of people working on projects that
would really appreciate your input. It's not imperative we ALL know what
EVERYONE is doing at ALL times. Do the research and surprise us with
your findings. That's my definition of comradary. What's yours?
