Hello all,
Just a few secs to warn you of a worm (virus) that is being passed around
through e-mails. It is mostly found in newsgroups, but a list like this, can be
a playground for this type of worm.
You can only get this virus by executing Happy99.exe
attached to e-mails (rumour has it that the name may have changed). Once
infected, you will see a cute fireworks display and then nothing else seems to
happen. This worm should cause no damage to files, it just fools around with a
few system files (so they say). The bad part about it is that it will attach
itself to all your outgoing mail and without you knowing it you will send it to
someone who usually trusts you. That someone will open the file, thus become
infected and so on and so on......
If you think you got it or if you want more info check out :

(Symantec anti-virus aka Norton)
Here we are dealing with worms, and it's not even pumpkin season yet
;-)
