If all the leaves and stems were stunted equally I would suspect the solar
spectrum, which is heavy in x-rays, ultra-violet, and infra-red for the
last 2 yrs. Those parts of the spectrum can cause those symptoms. The
solar maxim in Mar,00 could warm things up for you. Roger
