raffle and auctions

group......i think it was brock that first put up the idea of a raffle, and i
have to say, i think it's an outstanding idea.  think about it, who's not going
to put up $5 for a shot at a 946.5, 935, or an 801?  with all the people on the
list, total amounts contributed to the weighoff site putting it up would far
exceed the $300 that everyone's been yakking about.  And everyone who
participates would have an equal chance at obtaining that "hot" seed.  i think
it would benefit everyone, and be fun at the same time.  i fail to see how
spending $300 on one seed that you have no idea wether or not it will even
germinate, could possibly be fun.  but $5??  i think most of us that are in this
can afford five bucks, and i think it would be fun.  i'm in no position to be
spending $300 on a seed, and i wouldn't, but give me the opportunity to possibly
win one with a very small investment, and you bet i'm going to participate.  it
would make the site happy because they would get there much needed funding, and
it would make everyone on the list happy because everyone would have an equal
chance at hitting the jackpot.
