History Quiz
To fellow AG growers--------while patiently waiting for spring
To foster interest in the AG hobby and help appreciate our "roots",I am
starting a little quiz,with one question.If there is sufficient interest
there will be additional questions to follow.
In year 2000 there were new World Records set for both giant pumpkins and
giant squash.
In the mother's pedigree of these 2 records,within 4 generations (15
ancestors) there are 3 growers names in common,ie.in both mothers
pedigrees.The pedigrees are shown on the AGGC web site.
History Quiz (HQ) Ques #1--What are these 3 names?
Reward-two seeds from each of my 2 official 2000 pumpkins to the # 5 person
who correctly replys to my PRIVATE email address.
Afterwards I will post the name of the winner publicly.--Al Eaton
