The #262 watermelon is the current World Record grown a few years back, I
believe it came from Bill Carson's #183 Carolina Cross variety. And its no
problem we have known about this melon for some time and use it as our goal
to beat so to speak. The Seeds we are offering as a prize are NOT from a
World Record melon or any parent of. ........Elkskin,

  I truly do not want to start problems BELIEVE ME but I do have a question
for you watermelon guys. Many seed companies list a watermelon grown by
Jonny
Frame of Ardmore, AL and the weight is 262 lbs is this correct. They claim
it
is the Carolina Cross #183 have you ever heard of this !!!!
