seasons forecast

Here in central Pa. we have an older gentleman who can predict the years
forecast, he doesn't give out his secret how he does it but he does say he
reads the eyes on a potato, this sounds pretty crazy but amazingly he is
pretty accurate. His report is just out, a wetter year this year than last,
he calls for a fair month of May, then rain, rain and more rain, OH and as
far as Feb. lots of SNOW, so don't put the snow shovels away just yet
