Re: best seeds in 2001
A number of folks have mentioned the 801 Black - which if I'm not mistaken
weighed very very light - don't know the exact percentage. My understanding
is that this is from an 888 Mombert x 620 Black. Which leads me to a
question about the 620 Black. This seems to be a seed which has been
planted a lot and is in the genetics of a lot of the seeds we are seeing.
Does anybody know anything about the 620? Heavy or light? Coloring?
Shape? etc., etc.
Also, there is definitely a 732 Black. It was the 620 Black x 935 Lloyd.
The 732 and 733 are probably just two different pumpkins.
Thanks,
Beth
