More pollinations in NZ

I pollinated a Needham X Armstrong and an Armstrong X Needham this morning.
Glenn, the Needham still only has one runner but is now producing really
bright yellow flowers. The males are very thick walled around the base when
I pull the petals off to get the stamen exposed.

A few pumpkins soccer ball sized. Some are hand pollinated as I see they
have labels by the side. The biggest one appears to be a 'tramp'!!!

Starting to get to the interesting end of the season now. Still not much
rain. Too much tap water slows everything down I reckon - keeps it alive but
is no substitute for good old wet rain!

What say you?
