Belgian weigh-off sites...

Hi all,
 
Has any of you ever heard of official weigh-off sites
over here in Belgium ??
 
I am told that Duisburg is the place to be on the 6th of october 2001.....
They are recognized by a big south-canadian pumpkin organisation.
I don't know which one. Wayne, help me out on this one, please......:-))
