i'm under the notion than the shredded coconut hulls are an alternative
to peat moss if the person who explained it to me was right  the
shredded hulls are promised to hold 10 - 15 % more water  than peat moss
and doesn't decompose as fast  coffee grounds seem to be great food for
worms that burrow through the ground helping reduce soil compaction  and
leaving behind worm doo fertilizer for your plants my friend ed gets
coffee grounds from a local coffee house and dumps them on his patch
generously he hasn't broke records as of yet but his soil is full of
earthworms great for taking his kids fishing deb
