Re: White and Tan

a white seed inside the tan coating. This was discovered(?)
back circa April, 1999 by Harold Eddleman, a Ph.D. Microbiologist, and
noted right here in the mallorn pumpkin list. I don't think he's on
this list anymore, but all our discussions on this
should still be in the archives.

Unfortunately, the link to the nice diagram he had accompanying it is broken,
but it's still worth the read. Perhaps someone else on the list
has saved the diagram and could repost it.
Wait 'til you read what causes the tan color; pretty cool to think that nobody
thought to look at it undermagnification before.
