Weight Contest - Pumpkin Pool 2002

 
It's a new year and time for a new Pumpkin weight guessing contest.  This year money talks and you can buy as many guessess as you want at $5 a number.  All entries are pooled and the closest guess wins the entire pot.  All entries will be listed on a public web site, Pumpkin Pool 2002, so everybody knows all valid guesses and the pool total.  All emails regarding this contest should be sent to vince at *@yahoo.com - not the mailing list!

Rules:

1. Guess the weight of the heaviest officially weighed fruit in 
     2002 (squash included) 
2. $5 per weight guess - multiple entries by an individual are allowed. 
3. Guess weight in whole numbers only. 
4. Contestants can hold a weight for 7 days by sending me an email 
     at: *@yahoo.com I must recieve the $5 to lock it up. 
5. All guesses will be published on a web page with pool totals.

6. Closest guess wins the entire pot. In the event of a tie the pot is split. 
7. Deadline for entry is August 1, 2002
