I don't know anything about what is going on.
 But I did get the chance to meet Howard once at the Circleville Pumpkin
Show a long time ago. He was a very nice gentleman who took the time to stop
to talk to a young kid about growing these giants ( I said it was a long
time ago...lol)
I never did have the time or room to grow them, but a couple of years ago I
thought it was time. So he was the first one I thought to call about help
( I had no computer at the time) He was still very nice, I mentioned talking
to him at the show, although he didn't remember me " I didn't expect him to"
we did talk awhile about the show. And he offered me a great deal of help &
advice. And a couple of seeds "free". What I'm trying to say is sometimes he
might get a badrap, but I've experienced nothing but good things from
him..........Paul
