IPGA seed raffle update

Group,
I still only have 10 entries for the IPGA seed raffle.   If you ever wanted a chance at a 723 Bobier or 801.5 Stelts cheap this appears to be it.  Information about the raffle is posted below.

Hello Group,
First of all I would like to thank everyone who helped and contributed to the Barb Kincaid memorial auction that was co-run by the IPGA and PGPGA.  Special thanks to John Maston, Rocky Rockwell, and Jim Gatewood, as well as those who donated seeds, for their special efforts.  With your help, we were able to raise over $4,000 for Maddie's, (Barb's Granddaughter), college education.  This list is truly a special group of people.
Now to the task at hand.  It is time for our annual seed raffle to begin.  This years winner will receive their choice of the following two seeds, the 801.5 Stelts or the 723 Bobier.  Which ever seed is not chosen will be placed into the IPGA auction which starts Feb. 10th.  More info. on the upcoming auction is posted below.  Raffle tickets are priced as follows, 1 chance for $10 or 3 chances for $20.  There is no limit to the number of chances you may purchase.  The winner will be announced Feb. 10th. Make all checks payable to Gatewood Vegetable Farm, our weigh-off host.  Send your entries to the address below.
This years IPGA seed auction will begin as the raffle ends.  The auction will run from Feb 10 - Feb 20, 2002. Some of the seeds you can expect to see in this years auction will be the 723 Bobier, 846 Calai, 940 Mombert 1998, 914 Wentzell, 780 Eaton, 815 Checkon and many, many more.  We will have over 20 lots for sure.  All Proceeds from the auction and seed raffle directly go toward prize monies for the IPGA Weigh-off (GPC affiliated) held at Gatewood Vegetable Farm in Noblesville, IN on Oct 5, 2002.

Good luck to all,

Sincerely,

Brad Walters
