The jdbgmgr.exe file is not a virus. It is a microsoft Java applet Debugging
Program. Deleting it will screw up certain things you do on the web. This
is another e-mail hoax. This same hoax circulated around not too long ago.

Go to www.urbanlegends.com and you will see it listed as one of the hoax
e-mails.

There is a virus called W32.Efortune.31384@mm that specifically attatches
itself to the jdbgmgr.exe file, but it does not sit idle for 14 days, and
this virus is easily detected and removed by Mcafee, and Norton anti virus
programs.
