Actually Gus.

I  believe Clarence wanted to put the seeds in one container, draw a seed
and then draw a ticket. The seeds will be put in  film canisters (with a
note of what seed is in there). A canister will be drawn and then a ticket.
I believe thats how he wanted to do it. That eliminates bias of which seeds
are better than others ( As said by: Tom Beachy). I would suspect if there
is not enough entries to cover the 200-300 seeds, the remaining seeds will
be drawn the same way with tickets being re-drawn. So....i think we have
this cleared up now.

anyone have further questions???
