Hello All!
Farmer John and Eda are still here.
So far we have not been blown away by the 81 mph winds, nor flooded with the
4" rain in 5 hours! We are busy selling our Franchi Old World Italian
Heirloom Seeds (vegetable, beans, herbs and flowers) and looking forward to
all the fun and challenges (hard work) of growing our beloved (addictive)
Giant Pumpkins.
Wishing everyone all the best in 2008!
Eda and Farmer John

carries them, too.
If anyone wants to receive via email a copy of our catalog(vegetable,

We had CRAZY weather here the past two days. It was 72 on Sunday, and
yesterday started out in the upper 60s and led to tornado WARNINGS in our
area, causing the kids to be released 45 minutes late from school.
Fortunately, we didn't actually get HIT by any tornados, just severe storms
with moderate-sized hail. Glad we didn't have any pumpkin leaves out there
getting pummeled, though the weather DID make me want to dig in the dirt. :)
