Sorry for being ignorant but how does that list help us? It doesn't give the
pumpkin growers name, mother seed and father seed (genealogy), or actual
weight of the the winners for each year-just the sites of the average of the
top ten pumpkins. Average of what top ten pumpkins? What does that mean? The
average of the top ten for each year of pumpkins grown at each site or top ten
for all over the world? Just gives the places and looks like if the pumpkin
was over or under est. weight. Is that correct? If you could help me
understand this chart, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm just not sure how to
use it. Thanks.
I can see the top ten from 2006- 2008 at the GPC site:
http://www.greatpumpkincommonwealth.com/2008_totals.php?range=11 and get the
actual name of site of weigh-off, pumpkin grower,weight of pumpkin, genealogy
of the pumpkin, but it still doesn't show if the pumpkin is over or under
estimated weight which might be helpful in choosing seeds for this next year.
Anyone know where I can find the over/under info for the last couple of years
for the top ten for 2007 and 2008? thanks again.
