Re: Seed Stock/Where can I purchase?

When is your last frost in Omaha? I'm in Vermont and last frost is first week
in May(hopefully).

I am looking forward to Spring. And I wish to obtain some seeds to start
under my glo bulb in basement.

I plan to transplant early April.

Where can I purchase 8 seeds that might produce a 600 pound pumpkin?

It came off the vine prematurely. Final weight was just over 300. Our
friends donated it to us for one of our roadside stands. It was a nice
shaped fruit with deep orange color. It sold for $80. We used the money to
buy Morgan's family some tools.
I had a terrible year with field pumpkins and squash. We never had summer
here and it was abnormally wet. I fed about a ton to the cattle as we
couldn't harvest.
I am using the space next year for soy beans so I can hopefully make some
profit.
I am looking forward to growing some Giants with my new pumpkin friend
Morgan this spring.
I hope all had a good New Year and that spring finds you soon.

I would like to thank Steve Jepsen, Dave Bhaskaran and so many others for
the availability of seeds! I have some growing "friends" that covet seeds
like their first born! The sportsmanship of this group of people is
heartening. Thank you all. Have a Happy Holidays, and a short Winter.
