Re: Soggy Bottoms & TALL BOOTS

Hi Everyone,

Well, I haven't stepped in my patch again with out my boots. I forgot I had
a pair of heavy neoprene waders I purchased a couple of years back along
with a float tube, for fly fishing. They have worked out quite nice and are
very warm. My Wife still won't kiss me as she say's I smell like mud. At
least I got it all out of my Nose! The woodburning stove has been a great
help, to keep us warm and dry things out as the heater ducts under the
house were submerged for several days. We have had sun all day today and
only a little drizzle last night. It would appear about 2/3 of my vetch
cover crop is coming back.. The slugs that had moved into my patch that
were feasting on my cover crop are gone. Ha, ha, the little bugers probably
didn't know what hit them! The rest of the State is a bloody mess, my
family has lived here for five generation and this is the worst I can
recall. Until next time!

Best Regard to All!
