We had join AOL a few months back to see how stuff was. My mommy thought it
would be nice since the prices had got lower and it was a family type
thing. I first it was neat and fun, like all new toys are. But like most
say...it's hard to get on at times. AOL really did do a good job at making
the Kid's Only area look good and to be fun. But there were to many times I
wanted to join an activity and I couldn't cuz the rooms were always full.
And after a time the other stuff gets old.
But mommy dropped the account cuz one time I was in the kids chat room and
there was a 27 year old guy in there trying to pick up us girls. My sister
Amy was with me and she reported the guy and told him to get off...but all
he did was go to another kid's chat room. I don't know if AOL did anything
or not. But the next night there was yet another werido trying to get us to
tell him our passwords...and he was an adult too. Mommy was upset cuz she
thought the chat rooms would be better soupervised. That is why I started
my own webpage, so I can create a safe place for kids to go on the
internet. And I can drop a gaint pumpkin on all the heads of the weridos
who try to mess it up. *giggles*
